Forms

Ultimate Member provides forms for user registration, login and profiles. We collect user’s personal data from these forms, including:’

  • Name
  • Email
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Maths subject and year level
  • Consent for use of technology for users under the age of 18 years using the learning platform
How long we retain your data and where the data is sent

Registered user information is retained in the website’s database until the account is closed (usually within 6 months).

Data can be exported or removed upon users request via the existing WordPress data exporter or eraser.

Data that is synced to a 3rd party service (e.g Mailchimp via our MailChimp extension), is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.


Subscription form

If you submit a subscription form on our site you will be opting in for us to save your name, email address and other relevant information.

These subscriptions are used to notify you about related content, discounts & other special offers.

You can opt our or unsubscribe at any time in the future by clicking link in the bottom of any email.

Cookies

We use anonymous cookies to prevent users from seeing the same popup repetitively in an attempt to make our users experience more pleasant while still delivering time sensitive messaging.

Analytics

Popup Maker anonymously tracks popup views and conversions.

Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes and for future export.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
