How much help can I get with an ‘Access pass’?
The following info provides a rough guideline of how many questions or solo tutorials can typically be covered when you purchase an Access pass with either 15- 30- or 60-minutes duration:
- ‘5-min Access pass’: Approx. 1 help-desk question
- ’15-min Access pass’: Approx. 2 – 3 help-desk questions
- ’30-min Access pass’: Approx. 4 – 6 help-desk questions or 1 x 30-min solo tutorial
- ’60-min Access pass’: Approx. 6 – 12 help-desk questions or 2 x 30-min solo tutorials
Please note: It depends on your own learning style; the level of difficulty involved; type of maths question; etc.
You can also use the ‘purchased time’ allocated to your ‘Access pass’ all at once, or over a week, month, or term. For example, you might only need to ask a maths question occasionally, or you may have an exam coming up and need to ask five (5) questions in one day, etc.
We record how much time you have left by using a countdown timer. You can ask our admin team for a summary of how your ‘purchased-time’ has been used, and how much is remaining, via your student dashboard.
