  • book a ‘Solo tutorial’
  • access a ‘Self-paced workshop’
  • buy a ticket to an upcoming, live-stream tutorial.

NO HIDDEN FEES OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Just top up credit balance, as-you-go!

We know it can get expensive if you have to commit to monthly subscriptions or weekly, tutoring fees. Especially, when you only need help occasionally, or for varying amounts of time. That’s why we only charge for the time you’ve used on the help-desk or solo tutorials; or the resources you choose to access on our platform.

Our resource credits are:

  • Flexible, and can be transferred to a sibling, if needed.
  • Budget-friendly, starting at $5 for a single credit.
  • Never expire. If credits are not used up during the current school year, they will be carried forward to the following year.

HOW TO BUY CREDITS

Buy credits via the Parent portal

Parents & guardians can purchase and transfer credits easily, via the ‘Parent portal’. Just choose the amount of credits you’d like to buy, and then transfer them across to your child’s ‘Student account’, either right away or at a later date.

Use the secure ‘Stripe payment gateway’ to buy credits, using either credit card, Apple pay, or Google pay.
